⛧ Commissioned Artwork ⛧

  • Payment: I accept Venmo, PayPal and Ko-Fi at this time. Prices are in USD. Payment must be made within 24 hrs of being selected for a commission. Holds/payment plans are given on a case by case basis. I do not start on artwork or put you on my trello until payment has been made.

  • Revisions: After I send you the lineart sketch, you can request small changes. Multiple or significant revisions will cost extra money, as large revisions take extra time. Once you approve lineart and I move on, you may not request any further lineart changes. After I send you the colored/flat piece, you can request changes to the colors. Once you approve coloring and I move on, you may not request any further coloring changes, and so on and so forth with shading.

  • Checking Progress/Communication: I have a public commission queue, that you can use to check the progress of your commission at any time. It is constantly updated and maintained by me, including photos of work, and notes. Please use the link below to access it.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only available if: I haven't started the art yet, or if I haven't completed your artwork in over 6 months. There is a cancellation fee of 10% to cover the time we have communicated and discussed your piece.

  • Credit: Do not remove my signature/credit from the work unless I have specified otherwise.

  • NSFW Art: I only draw Sapphic/Lesbian (T4T, tgirls included obvi). I don't have any interest in drawing cishetero art of a sexual nature.

⛧ Traditional Artwork ⛧

  • Please refer to all the rules in the Digital Artwork section, as they are the same as this section aside from what is written below.

  • IMPORTANT: You must provide an accurate reference image to me for your badge before I agree to the commission.

  • If anything about your sona's design is unclear due to your reference images or ref sheets, and you did not adequately explain what you would like drawn, any error on my part in producing an accurate depiction of your character/concept cannot be redone or corrected. Traditional artwork is created completely by hand, using traditional media, and there is no undo button. A redo will cost money, and I may not accept your commission again.

  • Copic marker art is incredibly unforgiving and I cannot make changes to the art once I have begun to color it in.

⛧ Fursuit Work ⛧

  • Payment: I accept Venmo, PayPal and Zelle usd at this time. Paying through Paypal will incur an additional 4% fee that the commissioner is responsible for paying. I do accept payment plans, the terms of which will be discussed with individual buyers. If you need to cancel your payment plan, and the purchase of the suit, please refer to the Refunds section below.

  • Refunds: There are absolutely no refunds for fursuits, except if I am unable to complete your suit, or I decide I no longer want to. Once payment is made, it cannot be reversed. This means that if you are halfway through a payment plan, and you decide to cancel and cease the plan, I will not be refunding you what you have paid into the plan. Please think carefully before commissioning, as you CANNOT return the fursuit.

  • Timeframe: Fursuits take an incredible amount of work, time and resources. I CANNOT guaruntee that your fursuit will be done within a certain timeframe. Estimation could be anywhere from 3 to 6 months, or longer.

  • Requesting Changes/Edits: Changing design elements of your character once I have started is not permitted, and will not be implemented, unless I feel that the changes compliment the work I am doing, and I decide to implement them.

  • Checking Progress/Communication: I have a public commission queue, that you can use to check the progress of your commission at any time. It is constantly updated and maintained by me, including photos of work, and notes.

  • You will receive many work-in-progress photos and you are welcome to inquire about the state of your Fursuit at any time, but please be patient with me, as I am a small business with only myself doing all the work. I may not be able to chat all the time with you, this doesn't mean I am ignoring you!

  • Shipping: Shipping is an additional cost, that the buyer is responsible for at the time of me shipping out the suit. It can be anywhere from $50 to over $100. International (outside of the USA) customers often must pay an additional custom fee when the suit enters your country that is correlated to the value of the item being shipped. Your item is valued at the cost you paid for it. I am not responsible for the customs fee, you are. Please update yourself on your country's custom laws and fees BEFORE applying.

  • Liability Waiver: It is important that while you are wearing a Fursuit, you are aware of your surroundings. Fursuits can limit your vision and awareness, so please be careful while wearing it. You, the commissioner and buyer, waive the right to claim that I, the Seller and creator, should be held liable if you are injured or hurt while wearing a CryptidPaw Fursuit costume piece.

⛧ Adopts ⛧

  • Bidding: Placed bids are unretractable. You may not back out of payment once you have placed your bid. Once you have bid, please do not delete the bid. You must bid PUBLICLY on the designated post. You will be blacklisted if you back out of payment or delete a bid.

  • Payment: is due within 24 hrs of winning the adopt. Failure to pay within 24 hrs will cause the adopt to be relisted and you to be blocked by me.

  • Reselling Adopts: Of course you may resell them!! Value may be added to the character in the form of new artwork made for them. Do not sell my designs for more than you originally bought them for, unless the value of the character has increased with new artwork, physical created items or fursuit pieces.

  • Rights: When you purchase an adopt, you purchase the rights to: use it as your fursona, make original content for it, create a fursuit from that character, edit the chracter to add or subtract things from the design.
